Are the drawings you provide free of charge?
As part of our sales proposal service, drawings and rendered images are provided free of charge to support our project sales quotations.
Comprehensive project drawings may be chargeable, depending on the requirements.
All our technical drawings are produced in Autodesk Inventor and can be provided in a variety of file formats to incorporate into your complete project.
How long does it take to receive the drawings?
We aim to get all drawings completed and returned to you withing 4-6 working days. however this can change due to the complexity or the drawing required and other demands in our schedule.
Your Sales Specialist will advise on an estimated return date in their discussions with you at the time of instruction, and will keep you updated on progress.
How long will it take to receive my quotation?
Most small parts list quotations can be provided the same day if no drawing is required or if a drawing is already available.
When can you come and see me please?
We like to meet with clients and the best way to arrange any meeting is to just ask us.
In accordance with visitor guidelines, we are happy to meet you at your site or place of business, or invite you to our factory in Hampshire for a tour of the facilities…and of course, a brew!
Do I need to provide you with drawings?
While not required, sometimes a drawing or sketch can greatly assist us in understanding your requirements better and ensuring our quotation has captured your needs.
How are your drawings provided to me?
All our drawings are provided initially in PDF format, however if required we are able to export your drawings into a variety of drawing formats including, but not limited to STP, DXF and DWG files.
Please ask your Sales Specialist for any specific requirements.
How can I find out what profiles have been used in my drawing?
The details are usually written on the drawing in a specification box. Otherwise, please discuss with your Sales Specialist.
How quickly can you deliver a kit of parts?
Kits of parts are usually dispatched withing 3-5 business days from placing your order with us. However, this is dependent on the size of your order, large orders may take a little longer. On each occasion, our operations team will keep you fully informed of the expected delivery date.
Our standard freight times are 1-2 days from dispatch to delivery, excluding the highlands and islands regions, which are 2-3 days.
What is the minimum order value for placing an online order ?
Our minimum order value is £30 + VAT + delivery through our webshop.
What are the special connectors in your connector range?
Special connectors provide a simple way of connecting between different sizes of profile and side by side connecting as well as angular connections. This ensures parallel and cross connections are possible, and they come in a range of lengths.

Do we have all the products in the range in stock?
With 150 different profiles and over 1500 accessories, we will always have something to suit your needs.
If what you need is out of stock, we have regular deliveries, so you will never be waiting for long.
Do you cut and drill the profiles before dispatching?
Yes, we normally supply the profiles cut and drilled with all connectors pre-fitted for ease of assembly for you, however you do have the option of no machining or pre-fitment of connectors.
We will confirm your requirements at quotation stage.

We aim to provide you with your project within 4 weeks, but this will depend on the size and complexity.

Our factory is based in Romsey, Hampshire, which is just outside of Southampton.
As UK representatives for Kanya AG, we offer build services to the whole of the UK and Ireland.
Do we do all our manufacturing in the UK?
Yes, whilst the Kanya assembly system is Swiss, all builds are designed, manufactured and assembled here in our factory in the UK.
