Machine Guarding
Bespoke machine guarding and safety fencing can be created with the Kanya aluminium profile system. Using a combination of fencing, solid partitioning and safety glazing, full or half height structures can be erected quickly and in minimal time. Powdercoating of the aluminium can be achieved to create safety barriers in black and yellow, to any RAL colour of your choosing.
Typical uses include safety barriers and perimeter fencing around manufacturing plants and industrial premises, as well as machine guarding around equipment and dangerous activities.

Design
We provide custom designed guarding for industrial premises. So whether it is to protect an area of your plant with full height safety fencing, or guarding for an individual piece of machinery, we design in accordance with the Machinery Safety Directive EN ISO 13849-1 to ensure safety standards are met. We also offer the TS Guard, a modular guarding system which offers a robust, expandable solution, with optional extras including sliding or swing doors, safety switches, galvanised steel mesh, polycarbonate or solid infill panels.

Build
Using our range of profiles and accessories, we can create guarding to suit your environment and equipment. Powdercoating the profiles to a RAL colour of your choosing, particularly in black and yellow for safety fencing. The guarding is assembled in our factory for checking before being despatched, giving you absolute assurance.

Installation
With staff experienced in critically sensitive sites, we offer the option of installing your guarding for you to fit around your equipment and at your premises. This takes the hassle from you and delivers your project effectively.
